Their tour included the newly underway West Ring Road construction, the Pecatu Traditional Village Market Trase Road and Uluwatu Highway, as well as various road and drainage enhancement projects around Pecatu-Labuan Sait and other critical sections.

Regent Adi Arnawa emphasized that the West Ring Road initiative is a long-term commitment to relieve congestion in the southern Bali area, especially along the heavily trafficked Jalan Raya Uluwatu corridor stretching to Simpang Nirmala and Pecatu. He highlighted that the infrastructure work slated for completion over 2026 and 2027 represents tangible progress toward resolving the traffic bottlenecks adversely affecting locals and visitors alike.

The West Ring Road, extending over 10 kilometers, is expected to provide an important alternative route to ease traffic jams along the Uluwatu highway near prominent spots such as the Polytechnic, GWK Cultural Park, and Nirmala. To enhance the visual aesthetics of the new road, officials are removing existing utility cables and directing water infrastructure improvements.
